Automotive Service Excellence

ASE was founded in 1972 as an independent, non-profit 
organization with a single mission: To improve the quality 
of automotive service and repair through the voluntary testing 
and certification of automotive technicians. Certification is 
not for life. To remain certified, technicians must be retested 
every five years. Our Technicians are ASE Certified.

Roosevelt Laramie Service Center Inc. takes great pride to insure that every repair meets our standards of quality.

Roosevelt Laramie Service Center Inc. guarantees to repair, free of charge, any defects of workmanship of repairs stated on the repair invoice, unless caused by or damaged resulting from unreasonable use, maintenance, or care of the vehicle. This guarantee covers labor only. Separate manufacture's warranties may cover parts.

To obtain service under this warranty, return your vehicle to Roosevelt Laramie Service Center Inc. with your repair invoice.

THIS WARRANTY is non-transferable and may only be exercised by the party owning the vehicle at the time the repairs were preformed, and only through Roosevelt Laramie Service Center Inc. 5147 W. Roosevelt Rd., Cicero, IL 60804

THIS WARRANTY will be null and void if the repair is altered, adjusted, or tampered with by any person not authorized by the above named.

The labor work performed at Roosevelt Laramie Service Center is guaranteed against any defect in workmanship for as long as you own your vehicle.

Emission Repair

If your vehicle has failed Illinois’ new Emission Test, we can help. We are a State Recognized Repair Facility with an ASE Master Certified Technician that has met Illinois's required training for repairing emission failures. We also have the specialized equipment needed for this task. While your vehicle is in our shop it will under go a series of tests, that will insure accurate diagnosis with no unnecessary repairs.

Here is sample of some of the items we test:

  • Complete visual inspection of emission controls & operating systems.
  • Complete Scope Analysis of ignition systems, controls, fuel injection controls.
  • Full integration with your on board computer to test its operating systems and control of your emission components.
  • 2 types of catalytic converter tests to insure proper operation.
  • Road testing with a Vetronix portable 5 exhaust gas analyzer to gather data similar to the State’s testing.

We’ll give you a complete diagnosis and estimate of any repairs (if needed) to pass your test, and when we repair your vehicle we’ll take it back to the Emission Test Lanes for the retest, so you won’t have to!!
