A large clubhouse is available for residence's use with a reservation and cleaning fee. The pool is heated year round to keep it at 80 degrees. The exercise room is located at the clubhouse next to the pool and offers a treadmill, universal machine and step machine. Chaise lounges, chairs, and tables are provided at the pool. A walking, biking, roller blade path passes right through the property which can take you all the way to the beach if you like! After dinner walks are great along the path that goes around the lagoon.
